Projects that
worked.

Translation is infrastructure. These projects show what happens when it is done well — and what it prevented.

A Caserta-area clothing manufacturer needed translation of all export documentation for Germany and the UK: product specifications, compliance declarations, care instructions, import forms, and commercial correspondence. The project ran over 18 months as new seasonal collections were released. 68,000 words in total. The export director noted that German buyers “stop asking unnecessary questions” since the documentation improved. That is not an outcome that shows up easily in analytics, but it shows up clearly in business relationships.

A Naples B2B SaaS platform expanding into France, the UK, and Spain needed complete UI localisation and help documentation. 6,400 strings across three languages, delivered in XLIFF format. Post-launch, French user support tickets fell 28% compared to Italian users as a proportion of user base. The difference was not the quality of the product: it was that the product no longer required French users to mentally translate confusing interface copy before using it. An English version also allowed the platform to start a UK market pilot eight months earlier than planned.

Studio Ferrante Avvocati, Caserta
Certified & Sworn Translation · IT / EN / AR ↔ IT
Studio Ferrante Avvocati, Caserta

A Caserta law firm engaged Unreal Translator for a rolling arrangement covering certified and sworn translations across three years. 55 documents in that period: immigration cases, estate matters, corporate acquisitions, and property transactions. Languages included English, Arabic, Romanian, and French into Italian and vice versa. No document submitted to any Italian public authority or court was rejected or returned on grounds of translation quality in that period. The firm now treats Unreal Translator as an operational part of their practice rather than an occasional vendor.

Sapori di Campania
Multilingual SEO Content · IT → EN / DE
Sapori di Campania

A Campania food brand selling regional specialities online wanted organic search traffic from German and English-speaking markets. Rather than translating existing Italian product pages, we researched keywords in each target market and wrote content for those markets specifically. 120 product descriptions and 15 category pages in each language. Organic traffic from English-language searches increased 280% over nine months. German-language traffic was smaller in absolute terms but converted at a 40% higher rate than Italian traffic.
