Live interpretation does not allow for corrections or second passes. The interpreter must understand both the domain and the conversation as it unfolds, not just the words. This is a different skill from document translation, and we staff it differently.

We provide remote interpretation for business meetings, due diligence sessions, legal proceedings, immigration interviews, medical consultations, and arbitration. Sessions are conducted via your video conferencing platform or by telephone. We can join Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or any platform that allows three-way audio.

Before each session, the assigned interpreter receives a briefing document: the context, the parties, the subject matter, and any known terminology. This preparation makes a material difference in session quality, particularly for legal or technical subject matter.

Sessions are booked in 2-hour blocks. Extended sessions are available. Consecutive and simultaneous interpretation are both offered, depending on session type.

In practice

A Caserta-area real estate developer acquiring a property in Germany needed Italian-German interpretation across four due diligence sessions and a final notarial appointment over three months. All sessions completed without communication breakdowns or procedural delays.

Common questions

We request at least 48 hours for business sessions and 5 business days for legal or medical sessions. Urgent booking is sometimes possible; contact us.

We do not record sessions. Recording by other parties is at their discretion and jurisdiction.
