An order is confirmed when payment is received via Stripe. You will receive email confirmation. Work begins after payment confirmation, typically within one business day.
You must provide source materials that are legible, accurate, and complete. Additional charges may apply if materials require significant reformatting or are supplied late. Notify us of specific requirements (legal standard, intended recipient, deadline) at the time of ordering.

Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the translated content. Unreal Translator retains no rights to the delivered work. Source documents remain your property.
All submitted documents are treated as confidential. Translators are bound by NDA. Documents are not used for any purpose beyond the commissioned translation.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not liable for consequential loss unless caused by gross negligence. We recommend legal review by qualified local counsel for any translation used in binding legal proceedings.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Caserta, Italy.
